13. Closing Comments and Recommendations

(A) 22 percent of total audit performance till August / 2015. But an audit report did not find the amendment report. Sub-district co-operative officer was asked to submit the 100 percent Amendment report.

(B) There are vacancies in the management of 43 co-operative societies till August / 2015. That vacuum has been for a long time. The sub-district co-operative officer was told to look after reasons for not taking necessary initiatives to form regular committee through the formation of the committee.

(C) Total number of total co-operative co-operative societies till August / 2015 is 28. No action has been taken by the sub-district co-operative office to cancel the registration of the inefficient co-operative society. It is said to take immediate measures to cancel the registration of the inoperative co-operative societies immediately.

(D) Notices of audit notes of 2013-14-2014 of most of the primary co-operative societies, including the Central Cooperative Association, were not served on the Master Register. Sub-district co-operative officer was told about the reason.

(J) Incomplete BRDB in sub-district co-operative office Information collected from primary co-operative society is not reserved. It was said to be saved.

(F) Number of refugee projects in sub-district-01 The amount of remunerative amount - 1830303.00 (earning - 2000 - earning -1630303), but it has been donated - 1830500.00 Grammil 197.00 taka It is said to be amended.

(G) Number of refugee projects in the sub-district-01 The amount of loan earned in the project is Rs. 1630303.00. At the rate of 8%, the amount of service charges is Tk.130424.00. But saving the information is Rs. 124467.00 Gamelil-5957.00 It is said to be amended.

(H) The rate of repurchase in the Ashraon Project and Asharan Project (Phase-II) is -89% and 68% respectively. Sub-district co-operative officer was asked to take necessary steps to improve the rate of recovery in the respective stage.
